CITTTIC Industries AG started its business activities in July 2015 with the purchase of Schaltag AG and Schaltag CZ s.r.o.. The Schaltag Group came into being after a strategic realignment, including the construction of a plant in the Czech Republic. In July 2019, AKSA Würenlos AG was integrated into the group. The acquisition of a majority stake in PAVIS Engineering GmbH took place in July 2020.
