CITTTIC AG acquires and develops small and midium sized companies

Founders and main shareholders of CITTTIC AG are Dr. Michael Buscher (CEO) and Jan Hummel (Chairman of the board)
The industrial companies of CITTTIC AG are united in CITTTIC Industries AG.
CITTTIC Industries started its business operations in July 2015 by acquiring the Schaltag Group (www.schaltag.ch).

Michael Buscher has more than 20 years of industrial experience. Until the end of 2014 he served as CEO of the privately held company Knorr-Bremse. Previously, he lead the publicly listed industrial company OC Oerlikon. He further assumed different managing and functional tasks at Bombardier, DaimlerChrysler Rail Systems, Adtranz, ABB and AEG. He holds a PhD and a diploma of the Technical University of Darmstadt (Germany).

Jan Hummel has more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector. In 2001 he founded Paradigm Capital AG and is responsible for its Value Fund which is a traditional value investing fund focusing on small and medium sized companies based in German speaking Europe, the Nordics and the UK. Previously, he was involved in several turn around cases as a private equity investor. He has also served as investment banker with Merrill Lynch in New York and London and as consultant with Booz Allen in London. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a MS degree from the Stockholm School of Economics.
